I was really pleased with the service and the speedy delivery. All the cards arrived in perfect condition.

"Delivery Issues"
I preordered an item back in January. They didn’t send it out in time for me to get it on the date I was told. I reached out to share my frustration and to ask why my order was missing, and they quickly replied saying it was their mistake and that it’s now on its way with standard shipping. Honestly, I thought they might at least upgrade the shipping since it was their error, and I should’ve had it by the start of the week. Also, the loyalty points system feels kinda unfair; I paid for the item in January but only just got the points now.

"Hogwarts Legacy for PS5"
I was kinda hesitant since I hadn't come across them before. I placed my order for Hogwarts Legacy on PS5 for the launch date, and it showed up a few days later, which I wasn't too fussed about, but it actually arrived right on the day, much to my surprise. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be shopping with them again. No problems at all. Plus, it was way cheaper than most other places by almost £20. Total win! I'm also loving the game.
